Cooking Class: Fresh Indian Paranthas

During this hands-on workshop, you will learn to cook fresh Indian paranthas that are easy-to-make, nutritious and delicious! Discover the secrets behind different flours, spices, and fillings to make your very own custom paranthas at home. Registration is required. Participants may register for either the 12 PM or 2 PM class. Avalon Property Owners may register starting on November 19, all others may register on December 3.
